付款方式：

網上：在預約時付款（詳情請見確認電子郵件）。

面談：預先付款或在輔導結束後立即付款。

取消預約：

提前 24 小时以上通知：不收费，若预付则全额退款。

少于 24 小时：需支付 55 澳元的取消费用。

客户责任：

準時並維持機密性。

對於網上輔導：確保隱私、良好的網路品質，且不要同時處理多項任務。

任何時候都要尊重他人。
